Dolphin Discovery is proud to announce the return of ABC Dolphin Trainer Academy. Two exciting 5-day workshops will be held in September 2009. The Basic course is designed for beginning professionals as well as those interested in pursuing a career as a marine mammal trainer.
The Advanced course takes students to the next level and introduces advanced training techniques where you will learn how to be an effective trainer and a positive influence in the animal’s environment.
Both programs give you hands on experience working with dolphins, manatees and sea lions and lots of interaction with professional marine mammal trainers. The Academy is based on the ABC Animal Training that is the foundation of training for all Dolphin Discovery trainers.
Both workshops will be held at Dolphin Discovery in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, a charming and beautiful tropical island destination.
