FRIDA & TRITON are two little bottlenose dolphin siblings. They are quite happy to be part of the Dolphin Discovery family.
Who are they?
Let’s begin by introducing Triton! He is an oceans’ ambassador, but what does it mean? Let me explain it to you briefly.
He is looking for humans and marine species to work together in order to have a responsible relationship with the ocean through of different projects.
For example, cleaning the beaches 🏖 and staying in harmony with the environment, ♻️ among other actions.
Despite being only 17 years old, he is a leader and bold by nature.
He was born on July 5th, 2002 (of course,his birthday was just recently, and he enjoy it so much)
He is from a little Mexican Caribbean island called Isla Mujeres, and he is part of the second generation of MIRACLE program.
This program began by Dolphin Discovery’s passion and engagement to provide the best attention to marine mammal species under human care.
Like you and me, Triton loves to share time with his friends such as Pingo, a sea lion, Romeo, a sea cow, and the marine mammal’s specialists.
He likes to swim, as well as finding new places and playing fun games.
Tritón loves music and selfies, so if you ever find him, don’t hesitate to take a picture with him and share it on your favorite social network with the hashtag #Sharehappines.

Frida is Triton’s sister; she is a very playful little dolphin that everyone in her habitat loves.
Each morning when the first rays of sunshine touch the Mexican territory of Isla Mujeres coast, she wakes up her friends with her beautiful songs as one of these rays of light.
She is the favorite of the group because she is the youngest dolphin.
Her passion is looking for treasures and new adventures, even under the sand.
Frida is an essential part of a rescue program called the Rescue Team of Dolphin Discovery.
She helps in the rescue of her ocean siblings when someone is in trouble.
Since she helps with the marine mammal specialists, they can learn more about the species. This is very helpful when in the aid of others in a difficult situations, and also helps to send them back to the sea again.
Frida loves children and enjoys to share her knowledge with them. She also loves to stay around people who want to learn about her.
Like her brother, she loves spending time with her friends, among which, she is always the most polite and wise.
Frida will always have something different to share with you, so if you ever see her, ask her anything you want to know.
