Dolphin Discovery contributes every day to the study and conservation of marine mammals, creating bonds of love and respect through the best interaction experience in unique habitats around the world.

At Dolphin Discovery marine mammals are loved, each of them is treated with respect and due to them, we encourage environmental care, creating ecological awareness in our associates and guests.

Most of the dolphins, which are part of the Dolphin Discovery family, were born under human care, thanks to the MIRACLE reproduction program, which is recognized worldwide for its excellent results.

This program was developed in 2002 as a strategy to preserve marine life and understand the reproductive biology of this, as well as their needs during the different stages: gestation, childbirth, and lactation. Thanks to this program, the birth of more than 100 first and second generation mammals has been achieved.

It is also important to point out that the spaces where marine mammals live under human care are much larger than what the law dictates. These are previously selected, reviewed and are constantly monitored so that they are in perfect condition and comply with the established.

In addition, as they say, Dolphin Discovery is home to the most loved dolphins, since all species receive specialized attention, this means that 24 hours a day are monitored to anticipate any disease, help them in births (in the case of pregnancies), as well as general checks and cleaning.

Veterinarians and specialists in marine mammals are in charge of maintaining in perfect conditions each space where the dolphins are located to provide them with greater comfort. In knowing the needs of each of them, give them the proper care and love they deserve. Also in helping them as much as possible and making them feel comfortable at all times.

We know that it is important to spread the love we provide to all species. For this reason, a mini-series called “To Know is to Love” was created so that you can get to know the stories of the relationship between the specialist and the dolphin:
